Auditions

Auditions will be Friday–Sunday, November 7, 8, 9 at 6:30 PM.

The Foreigner is a heartwarming comedy of misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and small-town absurdities. This production features flexible gender casting: Ellie or Ellard Simms , Olivia or Owen Musser and Froggy LeSueur may be cast in their original genders or swapped depending on auditions.

We are seeking talented actors for all roles — performers of all genders are encouraged to audition.

Roles Available

Charlie Baker – Shy, socially awkward, central role.
Froggy LeSueur – Outgoing, humorous, British accent, May be cast as male or female depending on auditions.
Betty Meeks – Sweet, talkative, motherly lodge owner.
Reverend David Marshall Lee – Charming but scheming minister.
Catherine Simms – Intelligent, strong-willed woman.
Ellie or Ellard Simms– Shy, young, underestimated, quietly intelligent. May be cast as male or female depending on auditions.
Olivia or Owen Musser– Rough, intimidating, hardened by society. May be cast as male or female depending on auditions.
Optional / Minor Roles – Small, non-speaking roles such as townspeople may be added.

Auditions and rehearsals will be held at the Players rehearsal facility, a labeled building at the top of the hill in the mobile home park at 33606 Quarter Circle Way. Quarter Circle Way is three miles south of Bigfork and 500’ north of the Mile Marker 28 on Highway 35. The entrance to the park is 200’ from Hwy 35 on the left.

Audition Requirements

Cold readings from the script will be provided.
Bring a resume and headshot if available.

Rehearsals

Begin December 2025, with a week and half off for the holidays.
Theatre move-in begins February 15, 2026.
